ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry with several sites in Sweden. We now need to hire an Electrician for our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in central Skövde. About the role

You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. In your role, you, together with your colleagues, will work with the electrical and property technical functions in the customer's properties. You will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, service, repairs, assembly, installations, and corrective maintenance of premises and properties. The tasks also involve troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems and identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the property's electrical system meets applicable functional requirements and contributes to increased customer satisfaction. We see it as a given that you continuously work on improvements and documentation and participate in and carry out various projects.

The role includes daily communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. In addition to technical services, ISS provides several other services to the customer - such as reception and cleaning services, and in your role, you will collaborate with other ISS colleagues on site.

This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Your experience and qualifications

We are looking for you who are an Electrician and have worked with property operations and maintenance for a few years – preferably within industrial properties. You need to have an ECY certificate and it is advantageous to have post-secondary education from a university or a vocational training program with relevant orientation. You have a B driver's license.

Also, we wish that you have the following knowledge/experience/certificates:

• Experience in contact with subcontractors - obtaining quotes, ordering, and following up.
• Knowledge of energy monitoring and planned maintenance.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish - both spoken and written.
• High IT maturity with experience in MS Office and case management systems.
• You have an understanding of the importance of accurate data reporting.
• ESA, Hot Work, Lift and Forklift certificates, Safe Lifting, Working at Heights, Mobile Work Platforms, etc.
